We cannot offer any guarantees beyond the animal arriving alive. If you notice a health concern immediately after receiving your reptile please contact us and we can help you do some troubleshooting. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how people care for our reptiles after they have left our care. If you have issues please contact us and we will go over some husbandry questions to try to pinpoint a cause of death/illness. If it comes down to something we did wrong, we will take full responsibility and refund you in full for that animal. Shipping is not refundable.


*If animals have been poorly cared for, you may return them to us so we can rehab them but no refunds will be given. Again, we can provide you with all of the correct info but we can not ultimately do things for you. If you choose to go against our advice, the animal will suffer. We will take them back however you will not be able to purchase another living creature from us.


DOA INFORMATION:

In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), photos must be sent in original packaging within 1 hour of the tracking saying delivered. If you were not home to receive the package we cannot cover any DOA's. If you do send photos within 1hr, we will send a replacement animal or issue a store credit equal to the value of the lost animal. No refunds will be given. Shipping is not refundable.


We accept 30-day payment plans on animals at or over $200. 35% of the cost must be immediate, and the other 65% must be within 30 days, with payments coming at least every 14 days. In the event you would like to cancel your purchase of that animal, the deposit is lost and will not be refunded. Deposits/purchases are non-transferable.


Please note that for special orders, a 50% deposit on the total invoice will be required. If the animals ordered arrive dead, you will be fully refunded for all of the lost animals.


The health of our animals is our number one priority. Rest assured, they are in perfect health when they are sold to you. We cannot cover any loss after they have left our care. We cannot control the care you provide for them at your house.

We guarantee live arrival, but everything after that is on you, the caregiver, to provide the care they need.


With more sensitive animals like Milk Frogs or baby Crested Geckos, any kind of temperature and humidity swings can be detrimental to their health. It is well known that frogs can be very delicate creatures, and as such, we do not offer any guarantees past live arrival. While we do guarantee your frog will arrive happy and healthy, we, unfortunately, can't predict lapses in husbandry that may result in loss of life.
