Refund policy

All sales on livestock and isopods are final (see below policy). This is to prevent the introduction of potential disease from tanks outside our care. If you have dry goods you would like to return you can do so within 7 days if items are in undamaged and original packaging. If you have any issues with your order please reach out and we will do our best to make things right.
